You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, the protocol is closed, and we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, email us at support@slingd.com with your Order ID (#). Our team will inspect the request. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Once inspected at our facility (typically 2-3 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped," the order cannot be cancelled.
