We do not store your credit card or banking details. All transactions are processed via secure gateways (Razorpay) which adhere to PCI-DSS standards.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties, except trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (e.g., Logistics Partners), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We make every effort to display colors and images accurately. However, your device screen may vary.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kerala, India.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the sling is loaded.

Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days. Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days. Remote Zones: 7+ Business Days.

We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or acts of God, but we will always assist in tracking your package.

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped," the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please access your account dashboard or email support@slingd.com immediately.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. We do not accept returns for used/worn garments, items damaged due to user error, or final sale items.

Email us at support@slingd.com with your Order ID (#) and reason for return. Our team will inspect the request. If approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup at no cost to you — return shipping is covered by Slingd for all eligible returns.

Once your item is received and inspected (typically 2-3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
